Job summary

Granicus is a remote-first technology company serving governments and citizens. We are seeking a Senior Global Benefits Analyst to administer global benefits programs and support compensation initiatives across multiple countries.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, HRIS, Finance, Legal, and external brokers to ensure compliant, uninterrupted Total Rewards operations in a complex, multi-country environment. You will analyze benefits data, manage vendor relationships, and drive process

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration.
• Experience working with brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators.
• Experience supporting global or multi-country benefits programs.
• Familiarity with benefits systems, HRIS platforms, and vendor data feeds.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Administer global benefits programs across medical, retirement, wellness, and statutory benefits.
• Handle eligibility, enrollments, life events, claims support, and vendor data files.
• Troubleshoot benefits issues and manage risk matters as appropriate.
• Ensure continuity of benefits during system changes, acquisitions, and vendor transitions.
• Liaise with brokers, carriers, TPAs, and vendors to support service delivery and renewals.
• Perform benefits compliance activities and support audits across jurisdictions.
• Support configuration, testing, and enhancements of HRIS and benefits systems.
• Analyze benefits and compensation data to support planning decisions.
• Provide analytical support for job offers, promotions, and compensation-related decisions.
