Job summary

YOOBIC is hiring a hands-on BDR Manager to lead a four-person BDR team across New York and London. You will coach, build pipeline, and drive outbound performance, collaborating closely with Marketing to design high-impact campaigns.

You'll need experience leading BDRs/SDRs in a B2B setting, familiarity with Salesforce, and comfort using AI tools to boost research and productivity. This role blends coaching with individual deal support.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience as a BDR/SDR in a B2B environment.
• At least 1 year managing or mentoring BDRs/SDRs.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce for pipeline tracking, reporting, and forecasting.
• Experience using modern GTM tools for outbound sales and pipeline building.
• Ability to coach and develop a high-performing BDR team.

Responsibilities

• Lead & develop a global BDR team across NY and London, driving pipeline and accountability.
• Partner with Marketing to design outbound and ABM campaigns and optimize messaging.
• Build and optimize outbound engine across channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, ads).
• Own performance analytics, forecasting, and reporting on pipeline and campaigns.
• Be a player-coach, tackling deals and supporting key accounts when needed.
• Stay ahead of GTM trends and continuously improve team effectiveness.
