Job summary

The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales with strong analytical skills, and be committed to coaching and developing their team. The position offers a hybrid working model and attractive benefits, including a competitive salary range of $120,000 – $125,000.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience as a BDR/SDR in a B2B environment.
• At least 1 year managing or mentoring BDRs/SDRs.
• Deep familiarity with modern sales tools and AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of 4 BDRs across New York and London.
• Own team pipeline targets and ensure consistent attainment.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align on outbound campaigns.
