Job summary

Pasona Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to develop new business and grow customer relationships across North and South America, focusing on injection molded parts and 3D printing. This role offers opportunities in automotive, aerospace, electronics, and plastics industries.

Based in Novi, MI, you will identify prospects, build relationships, develop sales plans, manage the pipeline, and represent the company at meetings and events, with travel up to 30-50% internationally.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of or experience with plastics, resins, injection molding, or material processing.
• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or business administration.
• At least five years of related sales experience. Chemical or automotive industry experience is preferred.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• English and Japanese bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers and new applications for the Company's products.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers, understand their needs, and present solutions.
• Develop sales plans and forecasts, manage the sales pipeline, and coordinate with internal and overseas teams.
• Represent the Company at customer meetings and industry events.
