Cornerstone Management Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for a remote North America role. You will open doors, build relationships with executive and technical buyers, and drive early commercial engagement through trials and initial commercialization.

The role requires 8–15 years in technical sales or business development, with a strong plastics/thermoplastics network, and willingness to travel across North America.

Qualifications

• 8 to 15 years in technical sales or business development.
• Relationships with molders, OEMs, Tier 1s, processors, or distributors.
• Experience with engineered thermoplastics, compounding, resins, or plastics processing preferred.
• Willing to travel throughout North America.

Responsibilities

• Build a North American new business pipeline.
• Target high value OEMs, molders, processors, and Tier suppliers.
• Open doors through relationships, networking, and prospecting.
• Develop executive, commercial, and technical relationships.
• Identify customer material, processing, and application needs.
• Lead opportunities from discovery through trials and commercialization.
• Sell technical value, performance, reliability, and total cost.
• Coordinate technical, operations, quality, and commercial resources.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and account activity in CRM.
• Transition established accounts to field sales for continued growth.
