Job summary

Flambeau, Inc. is seeking a remote or hybrid sales professional to drive profitable growth across North America and Mexico.

You will manage an assigned book of business, pursue new contract manufacturing opportunities, and build strong relationships with key customer contacts and sourcing influencers. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of sales experience in injection/blow molding or contract manufacturing, plus a Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in injection molding, blow-molding, or contract manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering or related field preferred; will consider relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned book of business and new customers across NA and Mexico to drive profitable growth.
• Develop relationships with key contacts and sourcing influencers; schedule business reviews and monitor scorecards.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and accurate program execution; manage long sales cycles (12+ months).
