Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control in Dallas, Texas, seeks a Business Development Analyst Senior Staff to shape growth strategies and lead capture efforts across priority countries for the Close Combat Systems line.

This role requires a collaborative strategist with experience in international business development, customer relationship building, and cross‑functional leadership to drive captures and expand our global footprint, while complying with security and citizenship requirements.

Formación

• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Track record of shaping and winning new business.
• Strong business acumen, analytical and strategic-thinking skills.
• International business experience with cross-cultural awareness.
• Experience in defense customer relations and military programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead international business development initiatives to capture new opportunities for the Close Combat Systems line.
• Develop and execute growth strategies for existing and new customers.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers and industry partners.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration across MFC and the broader corporation.
• Lead the capture excellence process for priority countries.
