Responsibilities

• Lead new business pursuits, shaping strategies, whitepapers and proposals across cross-functional teams.
• Identify emerging markets and opportunities; analyze customer budgets and allocations.
• Develop mission value through IRAD tech and coordinate with customers to define success.
• Create senior customer advocacy plans and articulate value propositions for DoD and other agencies.
• Assess capability gaps and craft capture plans with stakeholder management.
