Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Business Support Management professional to support the Corporate & Investment Bank with day-to-day operations, controls and risk mitigation.

You will coordinate onboarding/offboarding, provide technology and market data, and liaise with Corporate Real Estate on floor plans and moves. The role requires 2–4 years of related experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support businesses within CIB.
• Interact with senior management and provide day-to-day business support.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding and transfers of employees.
• Provide technology, applications & market data.
• Project liaison for tech and facility upgrades and onboarding.
• Act as a conduit to CIB & Corporate Real Estate; maintain floor plans, move management, review cost allocations / cost centers.
• Review and certify physical floor access.
• Enforce a dynamic control/compliance environment and mitigate risk in business processes.
