Job summary

Connex One, a UK-based omnichannel SaaS provider, seeks a Business Development Team Leader to drive a global BD team from our Miami office. You will motivate staff, manage CRM/call systems, and collaborate with leadership to exceed targets while deploying effective incentives.

Ideal candidates bring outbound sales experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication with a self-motivated, energetic approach. Knowledge of software sales is a plus.

Qualifications

• Outbound sales experience
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in SaaS or software sales is a plus
• Self-motivated and energetic with a team-first mindset
• Comfort with Google systems and basic tech tools

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the Business Development team to meet KPIs and targets
• Manage CRM and call-handling systems and ensure proper usage
• Design and implement weekly/monthly/quarterly incentives with the Regional Head of BD
• Track punctuality and performance, and produce weekly reports on activity and meetings
• Coordinate with leadership to arrange team bonding events and drive social leadership
