Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience giving skills and communicating complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences across different functions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and managing time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver global enablement and training programs to support field teams and front-line managers.
• Conduct employee training using classroom, virtual learning, and 1-1 coaching.
• Create an engaging learner experience with diverse training strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate delivery of training content.
• Provide content and class feedback to course developers to improve curriculum quality.
• Build confidence in field teams to engage with decision makers in technical and non-technical roles.
• Lead delivery of programs that integrate AWS strategy and technology with sales methodologies.
• Deliver courses to articulate AWS value propositions to a global audience.
• Help teams translate AWS solutions into business outcomes for customers.
• Coordinate with the training team to ensure consistency across regions and formats.
• Stay updated on AWS services to communicate them effectively in training sessions.
• Implement post-program activities to reinforce learning and application of skills.
• Gather and analyze participant feedback to improve program effectiveness.
• Travel up to 50% to deliver in-person training sessions.
• Contribute to AI-enhanced, immersive self-paced training and microlearning modules.
• Facilitate and nurture communities of practice to encourage ongoing learning.
