A typical day in the life of this role is dynamic and engaging. You might start your morning preparing for a virtual training session on advanced customer discovery techniques for front‑line managers. After delivering the three‑hour interactive workshop, you'll spend time reviewing participant feedback and making notes for improvement. In the afternoon, you could be collaborating with colleagues to develop content for an upcoming in‑person sales leadership course. You may then have a one‑on‑one coaching session with a high‑potential field team member, helping them translate complex AWS solutions into compelling business outcomes. The day might conclude with a strategy meeting to discuss new training initiatives and share best practices with other trainers. You might also spend time exploring how to integrate AI into upcoming training modules, developing micro‑learning content for a new AWS service, or collaborating on the development of new immersive learning experiences that incorporate gamification elements. Additionally, you could be engaged in mentoring junior trainers, fostering community engagement through social learning platforms, and nurturing communities of practice. Throughout, you'll be continuously learning, adapting, and helping others grow.
