Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an Executive Education Program Advisor to design and deliver executive education for senior public sector and EDU/SLG leaders in the United States. The role focuses on cloud strategy, AI adoption, and governance, translating AWS capabilities into decision-ready learning experiences.

You will lead end-to-end programs, partner across sales, solution architecture, and leadership, and scale innovative formats to extend impact across EDU/SLG markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing and delivering executive education programs for senior audiences.
• 5+ years of education and/or government domain knowledge with understanding of policy environments and technology adoption patterns.
• Experience with cloud technologies, AI/ML concepts to advise senior leaders on strategy.
• Track record of working cross-organizationally in matrixed environments, building consensus and influencing without authority.
• Ability to translate AWS capabilities into strategic business narratives for non-technical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Executive Curriculum Design & Delivery: Architect, develop, and deliver executive education programs for senior public sector and education leaders.
• Strategic Program Management: Own end-to-end program lifecycle from needs assessment to delivery and iteration.
• Cross-Organizational Collaboration: Partner with sales, solution architects, and WWPS leadership to align content with field priorities.
• Content & Thought Leadership: Develop executive-level content, case studies, and presentation materials for cloud modernization.
• Faculty Orchestration: Identify and coordinate internal/external experts to deliver learning experiences.
• Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs to assess program effectiveness and inform improvements.
• Innovation & Scaling: Create new delivery formats and enablement tools to scale impact.
