CAE USA Inc. is seeking an Integrated Readiness Manager to lead hardware development, deployment readiness, and subcontract activities across programs.

The role acts as the primary operations interface among Engineering, Program Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Customers to ensure on-time, on-budget, compliant delivery. The ideal candidate will drive strategic and operational excellence, manage budgets and resources, develop performance metrics, and mentor a high-performing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in hardware development, manufacturing, operations, program management, or defense/aerospace environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical and operational teams.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations, hardware development lifecycles, deployment activities, and subcontract management.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and operational performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of AS9100, ISO 9001, OSHA requirements, and government contracting environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
• Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated execution of hardware development, subcontract activities, manufacturing and deployment readiness across multiple programs.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with organizational goals, customer requirements, and program commitments.
• Partner closely with Program Management and Engineering leadership to ensure successful program execution and product delivery.
• Establish operational priorities and allocate resources to achieve schedule, quality, and cost objectives.
• Serve as a key operational advisor to senior leadership regarding program risks, resource requirements, and execution strategies.
• Support business development and proposal efforts through staffing plans, Basis of Estimates (BOEs), labor forecasting, and execution planning.
