Collins Aerospace is seeking an Implementation Lead to join the Messaging Implementation Engineering Team in an onsite role. You will configure software applications, manage global customer implementations, and collaborate with sales and product teams to resolve issues.

The position emphasizes strong organization, problem-solving, and customer-facing coordination across international teams, with a competitive benefits package and on-site work expectations.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience with messaging systems / protocols / messaging formats such as Type B and ICAO messaging formats.
• Project management skills and experience.
• Experience interacting with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Configure software applications and services using Java/JavaScript.
• Manage multiple global customers facing implementation and migration projects/tasks.
• Partner with the operations team to troubleshoot customer issues and provide written responses to questions.
• Provide technical advice to internal sales, product and service delivery teams.
