Job summary

CAE USA Inc. seeks an Integrated Readiness Manager to lead hardware development, subcontract activities, manufacturing, and deployment readiness across multiple programs.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Program Management, and Supply Chain to ensure on-time delivery within budget and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include strategic leadership, workforce development, and continuous improvement while maintaining customer satisfaction and operational excellence in a defense/aerospace

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in hardware development, manufacturing, operations, program management, or defense/aerospace environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical and operational teams.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations, hardware development lifecycles, deployment activities, and subcontract management.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and operational performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of AS9100, ISO 9001, OSHA requirements, and government contracting environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated execution of hardware development, subcontract activities, manufacturing and deployment readiness across multiple programs.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with organizational goals, customer requirements, and program commitments.
• Partner closely with Program Management and Engineering leadership to ensure successful program execution and product delivery.
• Establish operational priorities and allocate resources to achieve schedule, quality, and cost objectives.
• Serve as a key operational advisor to senior leadership regarding program risks, resource requirements, and execution strategies.
• Support business development and proposal efforts through staffing plans, Basis of Estimates (BOEs), labor forecasting, and execution planning.
