Job summary

CAE USA Inc. is seeking an Integrated Readiness Manager to lead hardware development, subcontract operations, and deployment readiness across programs.

You will partner with Engineering, Program Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality and Customers to deliver on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with requirements. The role drives strategic and operational leadership, performance metrics, continuous improvement, and teamwork, fostering accountability and cost-effective execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership in hardware development or defense/aerospace.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical and operational teams.
• Knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, OSHA, FAR/DFARS and government contracting.
• Ability to obtain DoD Security Clearance and U.S. Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated hardware development, subcontract activities, manufacturing and deployment readiness across multiple programs.
• Develop operational strategies aligned with organizational goals, customer requirements, and program commitments.
• Partner with Program Management and Engineering leadership to ensure successful program execution and product delivery.
• Establish operational priorities and allocate resources to achieve schedule, quality, and cost objectives.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate material planning, procurement activities, and production readiness efforts.
• Develop performance metrics and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
