Job summary

INX International Ink Co. seeks an Associate Counsel to support North America, South America, and Oceania operations, with cross-functional partnership to manage legal risk and advance business objectives.

The role covers commercial transactions, manufacturing, supply chain, regulatory compliance, and governance, with a development path toward Corporate Counsel within a multinational manufacturing enterprise.

Qualifications

• JD degree from a leading law school is required.
• Active license and good standing in Illinois or at least one US jurisdiction is required.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Provide legal support related to manufacturing, supply chain, and regulatory matters.
• Assist with corporate governance and board/committee materials.
• Support compliance programs including anti-bribery, trade controls, and privacy.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and internal stakeholders on litigation matters.

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) degree

Active license in Illinois or US jurisdiction
