Job summary

INX International is seeking an Associate Counsel to support North American, South American, and Oceania operations, with secondary support to European and global operations. You will draft and negotiate commercial agreements, advise on regulatory and governance matters, and help manage legal risk across a multinational manufacturing enterprise.

The role is developmental within the Legal Department with a progression path toward Corporate Counsel, requiring a JD and active bar admission in IL or

Qualifications

• JD degree from a leading law school.
• 2-5 years of related experience in a leading law firm or sophisticated in-house department.
• Active license and good standing in Illinois or at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Provide legal support related to manufacturing, supply chain, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
• Support domestic and international subsidiary management and corporate filings.
• Assist with compliance programs including anti-bribery, trade compliance, sanctions, and privacy.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and internal stakeholders on litigation and disputes.
