Job summary

INX International is seeking an Associate Counsel to support North America, South America, and Oceania operations, with secondary support to Europe and global activities. The role offers development toward Corporate Counsel and involves commercial, manufacturing, regulatory, governance, and compliance responsibilities.

You will draft and negotiate agreements, advise business teams on risk, and collaborate with procurement, HR, and operations to address regulatory and contractual issues.

Qualifications

• JD required and active license in Illinois or another U.S. jurisdiction
• 2–5 years of related experience in a leading law firm or in-house team
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholder needs and regulatory considerations

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including customer, supplier, distributor, and service contracts
• Provide legal guidance on risk allocation and contract strategy
• Support manufacturing, supply chain, and operations with legal matters
• Assist with corporate governance, entity management, and regulatory compliance
• Support litigation, investigations, and disputes as needed
