Job summary

CFS in the United States is seeking an experienced O2C Senior Accounting Analyst to own day-to-day Order-to-Cash processes, including accounts receivable, cash application, collections, deductions, credits, and account reconciliations. You will lead process documentation, standardization, and shared-services readiness across North America, supporting month-end close and ERP optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash, AR, Collections, Billing, Cash Application, or Credit Administration.
• Proven track record improving O2C processes, controls, documentation, and operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of AR accounting, reconciliations, aging analysis, reserves, write-offs, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
• Ability to work independently, create processes, solve problems, and drive solutions.
• Multi-entity, multinational, and/or IFRS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Order-to-Cash processes including accounts receivable, cash application, collections, deductions, credits, and account reconciliations.
• Lead process documentation, standardization, and shared-services readiness initiatives across North America.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, reserve analyses, and support month-end close activities.
• Analyze key O2C metrics and identify opportunities to improve collections, cash conversion, and operational performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues, payment discrepancies, and customer account challenges.
• Support automation, ERP enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives impacting the O2C cycle.
