Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field required.
- Master's degree or professional certification preferred.
- 12+ years in AR/Credit & Collections/O2C or working capital roles.
- 7+ years of leadership managing managers and dispersed teams.
- Experience with SAP ERP and AR automation platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead North America AR/O2C strategy aligned with objectives.
- Oversee Credit, Collections, Cash Application, and AR governance.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Treasury to optimize working capital.
- Advise leadership on credit risk, cash flow, and collections trends.
- Drive DSO reduction, bad debt management, and process modernization.
