Job summary

Greene, Tweed is seeking a seasoned AR leader to drive global accounts receivable strategies and team performance. You will oversee DSO management, implement multi-regional dunning processes, and partner with Sales and Operations to optimize working capital while mitigating bad debt exposure.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance (CCE preferred) and 10+ years in AR, with at least 3 years in global management. Strong ERP and AR automation experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive AR experience, with global or multi-regional management
• Bachelor’s degree required; CCE preferred
• Strong expertise in DSO calculations and credit risk modeling
• Experience with ERP systems and AR automation tools

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3 AR professionals and provide dotted-line guidance to international accounting groups
• Own DSO management and apply multiple methodologies to identify trends
• Design and implement automated, multi-tiered dunning processes for global regions
• Prepare and present AR performance reports to senior leadership
• Drive working capital optimization and manage bad debt exposure
• Establish and enforce global credit, collection, and dispute policies
• Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, Customer Service and Operations to align billing and disputes
• Escalate and manage strategic accounts with a customer-centric approach
