Job summary

Winebow seeks an experienced Accounts Receivable Lead to oversee regional AR operations, optimize cash flow, and ensure accurate postings across ERP platforms. You will guide a team, manage credit, resolve disputes, and coordinate with Sales for collections.

The role requires 7+ years of AR supervisory experience, strong Excel, and thorough knowledge of GAAP and SOX. This on-site position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounts receivable or related supervisory experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Business Central, Apprise).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and XLOOKUPs.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills to manage difficult collection calls while maintaining positive client relationships.
• Understanding of GAAP, SOX, fair credit practices, and collection regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and develop the regional AR team; set workload priorities and coach performance.
• Ensure customer payments post accurately across AR platform and ERP; verify feed/configuration and resolve failures.
• Perform bank-to-ERP tie-out with daily checklist; investigate variances at item level.
• Manage regional ledgers across ERP environments and enforce state-specific requirements.
• Administer credit-hold SOP and evaluate creditworthiness; manage NSF events.
• Conduct collection activity with Sales; escalate to third parties or Legal as needed.
• Reconcile AR subledger to GL; support reserves/bad debt analysis and reporting.
• Advance automation and controls for payment-platform tie-out and SOP updates.
