Jobgether, via a partner, seeks a Global Director - Accounts Receivable based in the United States. You will lead and transform AR/Order-to-Cash across multiple countries, driving standardization, automation, and strong controls.

This senior role requires extensive AR experience in professional services and a proven ability to improve cash flow, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and integrate acquired businesses into scalable processes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years in Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash, billing, or leadership roles.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or multi-country environments is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of AR best practices, revenue recognition, and controls.

• Lead global Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash operations across countries.
• Standardize billing, collections, credit management, and cash application processes.
• Automate ERP workflows, portals, and reporting to improve cash flow and efficiency.
