CAI is seeking a Global Director of Accounts Receivable to lead the organization’s global AR process, billing standards, and collections governance across countries. You will drive automation, optimize cash application, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve liquidity.

The role demands extensive AR expertise in a professional services or multi-country setting, with strong Sage Intacct experience and a track record of process improvements tied to revenue recognition and collections

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 8+ years in AR, O2C, billing, collections or leadership.
• Experience in professional services, multi-country, or acquisitions.
• Experience standardizing processes and enabling automation across complex orgs.
• Strong Sage Intacct experience including implementations and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own the global AR process from customer setup through month-end close.
• Establish global billing, collections, credit, cash application and dispute procedures.
• Collaborate with ops, PM, sales, legal, tax, treasury to resolve invoicing issues.
• Develop AR reporting and metrics: ADD, aging, collection effectiveness, disputes.
• Lead standardization and automation of billing and cash application processes.
• Support acquisition integration by mapping order-to-cash processes and data migration.
• Maintain controls over customer master data, revenue cut-off, and write-offs.
• Partner with FP&A to provide liquidity and cash-flow visibility.
