The role requires 10+ years in AR with a track record in multi-regional leadership, strong collaboration with Sales and Operations, and expertise in SAP S/4HANA and AR automation solutions. This on-site position offers several benefits and leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field required.
• 10+ years of AR experience with 3+ years in global or multi-regional leadership.
• Experience managing direct reports and collaborating with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage a team of AR professionals with global scope.
• Provide executive reporting on AR performance and cash flow optimization.
• Design and enforce global credit, collection and dispute policies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and Operations to streamline billing and disputes.
