Zscaler, a leader in cloud security, seeks a Senior Director, Global AR & Collections to lead the end-to-end order-to-cash lifecycle from invoicing to cash realization. This hybrid Santa Clara, CA or remote US role reports to the VP, Revenue Accounting and partners across Sales Ops, Legal, Product and IT to drive automation and KPI-driven performance.

You will own the global AR architecture, controls, and transformation roadmap, align COE operations in India, and ensure one integrated process

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of experience in accounts receivable, credit, collections, order-to-cash, revenue operations, or related fields.
• Experience leading large-scale global AR, Credit & Collections or OTC operations in public company or high-growth environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end AR, credit, and collections processes including billing, invoicing, AR management, cash application, credit policies, collections strategies, disputes, rebates, write-offs, and cash realization.
• Ability to own process architecture, controls, KPIs, transformation roadmap, and global operating performance.

• Own end-to-end AR, credit & collections lifecycle from billing to cash realization.
• Define and maintain AR process architecture, controls, KPIs, and transformation roadmap.
• Lead India OTC COE partnership including delegated authority and KPI thresholds.
• Partner with Sales Ops, Legal, Product, IT to improve order quality and downstream AR, credit, and collections issues.
• Drive automation and analytics across billing exceptions, rebates, cash application, and collections prioritization.
