Job summary

CAI is seeking a Global Director, Accounts Receivable to lead the global Order-to-Cash finance process, ensure accurate revenue billing, and optimize collections across countries. The role focuses on standardizing controls, improving cash flow, and driving automation within a complex, multi-national environment.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of AR leadership experience, a strong background with Sage Intacct, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration to enable timely invoicing

Qualifications

• 8+ years in AR, order-to-cash, or billing leadership.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or multi-country environments preferred.
• Proven ability to standardize processes and drive automation.

Responsibilities

• Own global AR process: billing readiness, invoicing, collections, cash application, dispute tracking.
• Establish global billing, collections, credit, cash application, and bad debt procedures per country rules.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, legal, tax, treasury to resolve invoicing and collection issues.
• Develop AR reporting: ADD, aging, collection effectiveness, unapplied cash, disputes.
• Lead automation of billing/cash processes, ERP workflows, and reporting.
