Zscaler seeks a Senior Director, Global AR & Collections to lead the AR, Credit, and Collections lifecycle globally from order to cash. This strategic role, based in Santa Clara with hybrid or US-based remote options, reports to the VP Revenue Accounting and drives end-to-end process architecture, controls, KPIs, and a transformation roadmap.

You will partner with Sales Operations, Legal, Product, and IT to improve order quality, optimize credit policies, and reduce DSO while leading the India

Qualifications

• AI Fluency: curiosity and integration of AI tools to optimize AR workflows.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in accounts receivable, credit, collections, or related field.
• Experience leading large-scale global AR/Collections or OTC operations in public/high-growth environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end AR processes including billing, cash application, collections, disputes, write-offs.
• Ability to own process architecture, controls, KPIs, and transformation roadmaps.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the global process owner for end-to-end AR, Credit & Collections lifecycle.
• Own the global AR, Credit & Collections process architecture, controls, KPI framework, and performance outcomes.
• Provide global leadership to the India OTC COE in partnership with senior directors.
• Partner cross-functionally to improve upstream order quality and contract terms.
• Lead the AR, Credit & Collections transformation agenda with automation and analytics.
