Job summary

Zscaler seeks a Senior Director, Global AR & Collections to lead the worldwide AR, credit and collections lifecycle. This hybrid Santa Clara/US-based role reports to the VP Revenue Accounting and drives end-to-end processes, KPI architecture, and a transformation roadmap across multiple regions and COEs.

You will partner with Sales Ops, Legal, Product, and Finance to optimize invoicing, cash realization, and dispute resolution while reducing write-offs and improving DSO in a high-growth SaaS

Qualifications

• AI Fluency: interest and use of AI tools to enhance AR/collections workflows.
• 12+ years of progress in AR, credit, collections, O2C, or related fields.
• Experience leading global AR/Collections or OTC operations in public/high-growth environments.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end AR processes including billing, cash application, collections, disputes, and write-offs.
• Ability to own process architecture, KPIs, transformation roadmaps, and COE operating models.

Responsibilities

• Serve as global process owner for end-to-end AR, Credit & Collections chain including billing impacts and cash realization.
• Own the AR, Credit & Collections process architecture, controls, KPI framework, and performance outcomes.
• Provide leadership to India OTC COE in partnership with key Directors.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve order quality and contract terms.
• Lead transformation agenda including automation and analytics across billing, credits, and cash application.
