Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Global Accounting Operations Specialist for a remote US position. You will manage cash applications, AR tasks, and related accounting processes across multiple entities and currencies, with exposure to expense management, AP, and month-end close.

You’ll collaborate with global finance teams, improve processes, and contribute to system implementations. A bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business and 2–4 years' related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business preferred.
• 2–4 years in accounts receivable, cash application, or related function.
• Experience in multinational or multi-entity environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments across multiple entities, currencies, and bank accounts.
• Review expense reports in Concur for coding, approvals, and policy compliance.
• Support month-end closing, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Review Salesforce to NetSuite sales orders to prevent downstream issues.
• Identify opportunities to streamline cash application and order review processes.
