Job summary

Jobgether, a partner-led role, is seeking a Global Accounting Operations Specialist in the United States. You will manage cash applications across entities, currencies, and bank accounts while investigating discrepancies and supporting reconciliations.

You will also gain exposure to expenses, accounts payable, sales order reviews, and month-end activities in a collaborative, distributed environment. You will help standardize operations, contribute to automation, and strengthen financial controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in accounts receivable, cash application, or related function, multinational experience a plus.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and CRM tools (Salesforce a plus).
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze data and resolve issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments across entities, currencies, and bank accounts; resolve unapplied cash discrepancies.
• Review employee expenses in Concur; ensure proper coding, approvals, and policy compliance; automate where possible.
• Assist month-end close, prepare reconciliations, and respond to audit requests.
• Review Salesforce to NetSuite sales orders; prevent downstream billing and revenue issues.
• Identify opportunities to streamline cash application and order reviews; document processes.
