Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Global Accounting Operations Specialist based in the United States to support global finance operations across accounts receivable, cash applications, and related processes. This remote role offers exposure to multi-entity environments and cross-functional collaboration.

You will focus on cash application, expense management, month-end closing, and process improvements, while ensuring accuracy and financial controls across currencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in accounts receivable, cash application, or related functions in a multinational setup is a plus.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and CRM exposure (Salesforce a plus).
• Strong Excel and analytical/problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments across entities, currencies, and bank accounts.
• Review expense reports in Concur for proper coding and approvals.
• Support month-end close and reconciliations; assist with journal entries.
• Review Salesforce to NetSuite sales orders to prevent downstream issues.
• Identify opportunities to automate cash application and order review processes.
