Job summary

Apryse is seeking a Global Accounting Operations Specialist to support accounts receivable across global entities. The role focuses on cash application, reconciling payments with invoices, and resolving unapplied cash while expanding to Concur expense reviews, AP, and sales-order review in the Salesforce-Netsuite flow.

You will contribute to month-end close, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration within a multinational finance organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 2–4 years of accounts receivable, cash application, accounting, billing, or related experience preferred.
• Experience in multi-entity or multinational environment preferred; general accounting knowledge including journal entries & reconciliations.
• NetSuite or other ERP experience strongly preferred; Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments across global entities, currencies, and bank accounts.
• Match remittances to invoices and ensure accurate recording of payments.
• Research unapplied, short-paid/overpaid cash and resolve discrepancies.
• Support Concur expense review, coding, approvals, and policy compliance.
• Assist with monthly/quarterly/annual close and reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities to improve or automate AR processes and Concur reporting.
