Job summary

Jobgether is partnering to fill a Global Accounting Operations Specialist role for a remote position based in the United States. The role supports global finance operations, focusing on cash applications across entities and currencies, with exposure to expense management, AP, and month-end closing.

You will collaborate with cross-functional finance teams to strengthen controls, standardize processes, and drive automation initiatives across international entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in accounts receivable, cash application, or related accounting functions.
• Experience in multinational or multi-entity environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments across multiple entities, currencies, and bank accounts.
• Investigate unapplied, short-paid, overpaid, or misapplied cash and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Review sales orders flowing from Salesforce to NetSuite and identify errors before billing or revenue recognition.
• Identify opportunities to streamline cash application and order review processes.
