Job summary

MW Partners seeks an Accounts Receivable professional to manage customer portfolios, perform collections, and monitor aging with proactive outreach across email, phone, and Zoom. You will analyze payment trends, research inquiries, and coordinate resolutions with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams.

You will also upload invoices, participate in weekly cash calls with global teams, and assist with month-end close and reporting.

Qualifications

2–3 years of relevant AR/ Collection experience.
Experience forecasting, financial reporting, and working capital management.
Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other enterprise ERP systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Manage accounts receivable and collections for assigned portfolios via email, phone, and Zoom.
Monitor aging reports, identify and resolve balances.
Research inquiries regarding billing, payments, and account balances; coordinate resolutions with stakeholders.
Analyze payment trends and collection performance to identify risks and opportunities.
Upload invoices and supporting docs into billing systems.
Attend meetings with internal stakeholders and management.
Escalate past-due accounts as needed.
Collaborate with Sales and Legal on disputes and contractual issues.
Prepare monthly cash forecasts and provide variance analysis to management.
Contribute to monthly/weekly collection reporting packages and Revenue Cycle reports.
Support month-end closing activities to ensure controls are followed.
