Job summary

WM is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to own end-to-end collections for a customer portfolio and mentor offshore support personnel. The role drives cash flow, revenue, and process improvements across Order to Cash, partnering with Sales, Billing, and other Finance teams.

The position is hybrid, offering a base pay range and opportunities to optimize collections with cross-functional collaboration and continuous process innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (accredited) or higher.
• High school diploma or GED with 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2 years of reconciliation experience required.
• Oracle systems knowledge is a plus (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers and develop efficient collections strategies.
• Maximize cash recovery and handle escalations, adjustments, or write-offs.
• Negotiate with customers and internal stakeholders to reach solutions.
• Build relationships with customer AP and senior finance leaders to mitigate roadblocks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Launch and Billing on order-to-cash processes.
• Coordinate work with an offshore team, guiding and mentoring as needed.
• Apply Agile methodologies to improve processes and outcomes.
• Support an environment of continuous innovation.
