Job summary

Cyara, the global leader in AI-powered customer experience assurance, seeks an Accounting Manager to oversee multi-entity, multi-currency accounting across the US, UK, Ireland, and more. You will own the close process, ensure GAAP compliance, and partner with FP&A to drive accurate financial insights.

Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will shape future-state processes, explore AI-enabled workflows, and collaborate with tax and external advisors across time zones to support enterprise growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA a plus.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Experience with AI, RPA, or workflow automation in finance.

Responsibilities

• Own month-, quarter-, and year-end close across all entities.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements including intercompany eliminations.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and support local statutory reporting.
• Partner with FP&A on forecast inputs, variance analysis, and balance sheet/cash flow support.
• Coordinate with Tax and external advisors on income tax, VAT/GST, transfer pricing, and payroll-related accounting.
