Workato is seeking a Payroll Specialist to oversee payroll activities for Philippines, Korea, and other APAC locations. This role ensures statutory compliance, accurate processing, and timely government reporting.

You will support the global payroll transformation with ADP and Workday integration, act as primary payroll contact, and collaborate with HRIS, Finance, and IT teams to drive a smooth transition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of payroll processing experience in a multi-country or multinational environment.
• Strong end-to-end payroll experience for Philippines and Korea is required.
• Working knowledge of payroll regulations in Singapore, Australia, Japan, and/or India is a strong plus.
• Experience partnering with ADP, Celergo, or other global payroll systems; Workday is a strong advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for APAC countries with accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with ADP during the payroll transition and drive data migration tasks.
• Serve as main contact for payroll inquiries with 24-hour SLA responses.
• Support statutory audits and respond to auditors and management.
• Prepare summarized payroll reports for General Accounting on approval.
• Document SOPs and participate in process improvement initiatives.
