Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of US federal and state payroll regulations and tax laws.

Responsibilities

• Execute Weekly and Semi-Monthly payrolls, including off-cycles, verifying timesheets.
• Manage Workday-to-ADP GlobalView integration for data flow across platforms.
• Collaborate with leadership, HR, and Finance to ensure accurate employee data.
• Oversee relationship with ADP as a payroll vendor and implement pre-payroll solutions."
• Maintain payroll records for hires, terminations, leaves, promotions, and salary changes.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance and resolve discrepancies in deductions, bonuses, and garnishments.
