Job summary

Talent Elite Group seeks an experienced AP Senior Manager to lead global accounts payable, vendor onboarding, payment execution, and internal controls. You will drive process improvements, align with Procurement, Treasury, Finance, and Legal, and support financial close in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage multi-entity AP operations, implement automation, and deliver data-driven insights using Power BI and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• 10+ years in accounts payable or accounting with 5+ years in leadership.
• Public company/SOX-regulated experience and strong internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead global AP operations including invoice processing, onboarding, payment execution.
• Ensure SOX controls and internal control processes are robust.
• Support month-/quarter-/year-end close and reconciliations.
• Manage multi-entity/global AP operations and large ERP systems.
• Monitor AP aging and optimize vendor relationships and cash flow.
• Drive AP system enhancements, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Develop KPIs and lead a high-performing AP team.
