Apex Fintech Solutions LLC in Chicago is seeking a Senior Manager, Accounts Payables to lead a high-volume AP function across global entities. You will drive process improvements, implement automation, and maintain strong internal controls while supervising a team of AP professionals.

You will partner with Procurement and IT to optimize workflows, ensure SOX compliance, and deliver data-driven insights for reporting and planning.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 10–12 years of professional experience in accounts payable or finance operations with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in high-volume global AP operations and ERP systems is essential.
• Knowledge of GAAP and regulatory requirements is expected.
• Experience implementing AP automation and ERP upgrades is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the accounts payable team, hiring and developing staff and defining strategic vision for AP.
• Oversee accurate, timely processing of invoices, payments, and reimbursements with strong internal controls.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and collaborate with Procurement to align AP with contracts.
• Drive process improvements and implement AP automation and ERP integrations.
• Ensure SOX compliance, risk management, and accurate financial reporting.
