Job summary

CoreWeave in the United States is seeking an experienced AP Manager to lead day-to-day accounts payable operations within our Global Business Services. You will own end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes, drive process standardization, automation, and SOX-compliant controls while partnering with Procurement, Treasury, Tax, and Finance.

You will oversee high-volume invoice processing, 2- and 3-way matching, disbursements, and month-end close activities, mentoring a growing team and managing vendor

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Accounts Payable or Accounting with 3+ years leading teams
• Experience in Direct spend, 3-way match, and GRIR
• Experience supporting end-to-end P2P processes
• Strong SOX controls mindset and cross-functional partnership
• Hands-on with high-volume invoice processing and banking functions
• Proficient in ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Coupa; advanced Excel

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day AP operations and end-to-end P2P processes
• Improve cycle time, first-pass yield, and on-time payments
• Maintain internal controls and segregation of duties; support audits
• Collaborate with Procurement, Treasury, Tax, Finance and IT
• Oversee vendor inquiries, 2- and 3-way matching, and month-end close
