Repligen is seeking an Analytics Software Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap and end-to-end lifecycle of software supporting Analytics instruments and connected solutions. You will align customer needs, business priorities and cross-functional requirements to deliver software that improves user experience, quality, connectivity and outcomes.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of software product management, product ownership or related experience in life sciences, analytical instrumentation, connected products or another technical market.
• Experience owning software roadmaps, requirements, backlogs and product priorities.
• Working knowledge of Agile software development and experience partnering with software engineering and quality teams.
• Experience with instrument software, connected devices, automation, data platforms or digital products preferred.
• Experience managing external software partnerships preferred.
• Ability to translate customer workflows and objectives into software requirements.
• Experience working across multiple products, business units and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain the software product vision, strategy, roadmap and lifecycle aligned with organizational strategy and business unit priorities.
• Translate business objectives, customer workflows and market needs into actionable product initiatives, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria that create measurable value for customers and the organization.
• Coordinate shared roadmaps, dependencies and integration priorities across internal systems, third-party platforms and future digital solutions, driving alignment toward common goals.
• Define product requirements and priorities for integrating digital-twin capabilities with Process Analytics instruments, systems and data workflows.
• Manage the product relationship with Novasign, aligning joint roadmaps, integration priorities, customer needs and commercialization requirements with internal stakeholders while building strong partnerships.
