Job summary

Formlabs is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Amazon Marketplace to own and scale our Amazon presence globally. You will define strategy, manage SKUs and geos, and drive catalog, content, pricing, and advertising to fuel profitable growth across markets.

You will lead cross-functional programs with ecommerce, lifecycle, policy, and regional teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience on formlabs.com and across Amazon, while partnering with operations and agencies to scale efficiently.

Qualifications

• 8+ years managing Amazon marketplaces at scale.
• Ownership of a channel P&L with profitable growth.
• Hands-on expertise across Seller Central and/or Vendor Central, Advertising, Brand Registry, and A+ content.
• Strong commercial and analytical instincts to model unit economics.
• Experience across multiple marketplaces, currencies, and localization.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the global Amazon P&L across all active marketplaces (US, CA, MX, UK, DE, FR, IT, ES, NL, JP, AU, etc.).
• Set the multi-year marketplace strategy and roadmap for SKUs, geos, and entry timing.
• Own catalog and listing experience including titles, A+ content, Brand Store, imagery and localization.
• Define and manage Amazon Advertising strategy to hit efficiency and growth goals.
• Own pricing, promotions, and deal calendars across channels.
• Partner with operations and supply chain on FBA/FBM, forecasting, cross-border fulfillment, and health.
• Define measurement framework and report performance to leadership.
• Lead cross-functional programs to launch new products on Amazon and maintain consistency with formlabs.com.
• Own account integrity and compliance—Brand Registry, IP/counterfeit enforcement, regional policy.
• Build and manage operating model with agencies, tooling, and cross-functional workflows.
