Job summary

Sunday is seeking a strategic leader to own and grow our Amazon marketplace business from strategy through P&L management. You will supervise assortment, pricing, content optimization, and marketing initiatives while coordinating with supply chain, finance, and brand teams to drive revenue and market share.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in Amazon operations, strong analytics, and experience with Seller Central and advertising platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing Amazon marketplace operations.
• Proven experience in P&L management and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and advertising platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive revenue growth and market share on Amazon.
• Oversee product assortment planning, pricing, and compliance with Amazon policies.
• Lead content optimization (titles, descriptions, images, enhanced brand content) to improve conversion.
• Manage budget, and lead agency strategy for advertising campaigns, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
• Own the Amazon P&L, setting financial targets, monitoring performance, and optimizing actions.
• Forecast revenue and demand aligned with assortment, marketing, content and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with external agencies and partners to execute media investments and content strategies.
• Work with internal teams such as supply chain, finance, brand, growth, reviews and customer service to ensure seamless operations.
• Use analytics to monitor performance metrics, generate insights, and report KPIs to stakeholders.
