Formlabs is seeking a strategic leader for Global Services in Somerville, MA. You will own high‑stakes initiatives across product, sales, and support, framing problems, building cases, and driving change with measurable outcomes.

You’ll run day‑to‑day operations for a team, establish KPIs, and push for cross‑functional alignment to deliver impact. You’ll craft data‑driven analyses, model trade‑offs, and communicate complex recommendations to executives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in management consulting, business or revenue operations, strategy, chief of staff, or operating role at a fast‑growing hardware/tech company.
• Demonstrated end‑to‑end ownership of ambiguous problems.
• Ability to build long‑term roadmaps and dive into technical details for escalations.
• Strong quantitative chops with ability to model trade‑offs and explain assumptions clearly.
• Genuine interest in leading people and willingness to develop management skills.
• Hands‑on willingness to engage with customers and work closely with operations.

Responsibilities

• Own two or three high‑stakes initiatives from framing to implementation and change management.
• Run day‑to‑day execution for a team with KPIs, headcount decisions, and weekly cadence.
• Build analyses, pull data, model trade‑offs, and present recommendations.
• Collaborate across Product, Sales, Supply Chain, and Systems without formal authority.
• Represent Services in executive forums and document the analysis for leadership review.
