Job summary

You will collaborate with Sales, Alliances, Marketing, Legal and Operations while deepening Salesforce value propositions.

The position requires steering cross-functional teams, driving ROI with large enterprise partners, and guiding PAMs across AMER, EMEA, LATAM and APAC to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience within alliances, sales or consulting with a strong track record of driving partner revenue and exceeding targets.
• Executive presence with demonstrated ability to influence at the C-suite level across Salesforce and partner organizations.
• Experience recruiting, developing, and managing high-performing PAM teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the global Accenture alliance relationship and serve as Salesforce's primary contact for Accenture's senior leadership.
• Design and execute plans to accelerate growth of Salesforce's business with Accenture and define partnerships.
• Drive joint GTM strategy and revenue execution across regions, industries, and Accenture business groups.
• Lead alliance governance with executive reviews, joint account planning, and investment fund management.
