Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a visionary Vice President to lead the Personal Systems Alliance Operations. You will manage a global, enterprise-scale alliance program, drive end-to-end supply/demand planning with partners, and influence multi-million unit decisions.

The role requires executive-level communication and strong collaboration with HP business units and external partners. You will shape strategic opportunities, manage budgets and metrics, and lead a high-visibility program

Qualifications

• Proven success running a global enterprise-level strategic technology alliance program.
• Agile, strategic, and flexible thinker with strong understanding of business and commercial models.
• Conversant in key business and financial metrics.
• Deep understanding of the PC industry ecosystem.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Managing $10B+ procurement spending across alliance partners.
• Negotiate funding, inventory management and assurance of supply with multiple partners.
• Drive process improvements in end-to-end supply/demand planning with HP and partners; influence multi-million unit decisions.
• Define and manage matrixed metrics across a portfolio of partnerships.
• Identify and pursue “Better Together” strategic growth opportunities.
• Develop business plans with HP units and alliance partners; secure buy-in for opportunities.
